Even Taking 2x [instead of 1.8x] as the Rage Boost , where does SPC land ?

Stronger than Good buu or Weaker ?
If you use specifically low differences, Cell could potentially get to Good Boo. Personally considering it was stated that SSj2 Goku+SSj2 Vegeta+SSj2 Gohan+ Others could not do jack to fatty (Who kid Boo himself was marginally stronger than and whom Good Boo actually managed to give a tough time for a moment) I just don't think Cell can reach Good Boo's level at that range yet.

But that's just my opinion.
